A Georgian stoneware jug with classical relief decoration and a moulded mask spout, retaining old collection labels.

Bears a handwritten collector label 'John Turner of Lane End' and a 'Nancy Gunson' collection label; c.1800.

Condition: Small chip to spout. Provenance labels present. Crazing and minor firing imperfections are consistent with age and are normal for this type of early stoneware. Please study all photographs closely, as they form part of the description.

Dimensions: approximately 15cm high.
